"The property is very modern. It has great access to nearby "Retiro Park". The property is not close to the main historic sites. Yet, only about a 15min taxi ride away from Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, and Prado."

"Quick overnight stay and wish we had more time to stay longer. Check-in process for 3 guest rooms was smooth. Offered glass of sparkling wine & staff took our family photo in the lobby. Clean, quiet, well-appointed room and bathroom. Will stay here again. Walkable to Parque de Retiro and restaurants in Alcalá and Salamanca barrios. "

"The hotel was in an excellent location, wlajing distance from many restaurant, stores amd tourists attractions, rooms and bed were very confortable, staff was great, & very helpful with instructions. The only problem was that someone in the cleaning staff, qhen cleaning the room next door, woke me up with doors slamming and kept slamming the doors while cleaning, I had to go out and complain to another cleaning crew so she would stop."
