"A localizaçao do hotel é execelente. Hotel reformado e com tudo novo. Decoraçao e mobiliario exelente e de muito bom gosto. Tenho apenas 2 pequenas sugestoes, para ter no quarto. Uma cafeteira e um ferro de passar roupas. Quanto ao restante, tudo muito bom e de otima qualidade. Recomendo fortemente, e com absoluta certeza me hospedaria novamente."

"On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't open but the weather was very gokd, do was hoping for some flexibility "

"Very clean, lovely rooms. Bar area is lovely. Only issue is they don’t have enough staff in the lobby bar area, drinks orders take a very long time and often things were forgotten. Staff were not attentive enough in the lobby area. We often had to ask twice for our drinks."

"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."
