"Love the lounge for premium room. The only suggestion i have for hotel is to change sleep pajama to thinner material. The current one feel a little thick Other than that, love this hotel and will recommend it to other travellers"

"Room was in great condition, large and roomy (2 beds), only problem was the air cooling - not consistently cool and 90+ at times."

"My stay was very comfortable. The staff was nice and the ammenities are also great. The staff kept my frozen food until the day of my departure which was nice. The lobby looks really presentable and the dinner wasn't bad. Lots of different crabs available as well as ramen, shabu shabu, desserts and a lot more. For the cost of what I paid, it is definitely worth it. The room is a standard room and a bit old but it is clean and well maintained. It was just hot that night but I asked for a fan and they provided one which helped. Overall, a great hotel to stay in. Plus the Limousine Bus to the airport is literally across the hotel so that made it very convenient on my last day in Sapporo."

"This hotel was amazing, had a 3 night stay and it was awesome!!! Location is top notch, close to a ton of the main attractions and also public transport. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room had everything you need and more, truly can’t say enough good things about our stay, next time we visit Sapporo we will be staying here again!"

"The hotel itself is not too bad with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Entry by car was hard to find and on my last day after checkout, staff was almost forcing me to take my car out of their carpark even though I have parked there for less then 24 hours and said if I left car any longer I will have to pay an hourly rate. Not great experience."
