"The staff was friendly and the cost was great,. The bathroom was tight and had no room to move around but the facility was old but clean. I would recommend for a budget traveler who only needs a place to sleep. this hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness. "
"Kichijoji is close to my home town. I’m so happy that I could find this apartment at Kichijoji near Kichijoji station.
I was looking for the room a studio style. Because this trip is just by myself. Not with my family.
This room is for a young couple or a single. Not for older couple because it’s small size studio.
The room is clean and cozy. There is an umbrella in closet which I could use in rainy day that was unexpected during my vacation.
And I did a lot of laundry, I could hang wet...

"We would stay here again. Enter Kita Akabane station as your starting point in google maps for train directions or it will sometimes send you to a station a much further walk away. Avoid the trains from 0700-1030 unless you love crowds…next level crowds. Grocery store, McDonalds and other restaurants by the station. AC worked good. Plenty hot water. You hang your clothes to dry in the shower. There’s a panel on the wall by the washer to control that. The check-in directions show the front of the...
"My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights. It's located outside of busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean. The host was very communicative and gave very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. "
"This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us. Well, if you are renting to foreigners study what works for them. Also, the beds had black jumping spiders. The house was located in a dark alley with an abandoned property at its entrance. The place was really cold and the property needs updating. It is really not close to the train station and was difficult to find. Once you find it the...
"The communication is exceptional. It was an unusual hot time and we aske for a fan and they brought one right away. I do wish the air mattresses where thicker then a camping matt and there where more places inside to hang clothes to day.
It was a great place for the price and location. Thank you"

"The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip.
The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station.
We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby.
The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again.

"Location, direct access to 7-11, clean and spacious bathrooms, compared to other business/econo hotels in Japan. Feels more luxe and premium compared to the standard business hotels. "
"This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it.

"Every time I stay here, I think the staff are wonderful and the service is excellent. Therefore, I don’t want other guests to use the hotel in a dirty way, such as spreading garbage on the floor."
"This hotel was great!!! It was secure and a card is needed to come upstairs. It is within walking distance of the train station, McDonald’s, 7/11, and a family mart so it is easy to get the essentials. "
