This is a beautiful hotel. A hidden gem. The design of the hotel is truly impressive. The gym and workout facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa and infinity people are impeccable and offer terrific views. The rooftop bar is also super nice.

Beautiful new, modern hotel with a zen like vibe. Add the breakfast with your stay, worth the few yen more, served to order, not a cattle line buffett. Excellent staff service, genuinely friendly and well trained. Great location with near by shopping and terrific restaurants. Will definitely be back and highly recommended.

The team delivered a warm, attentive welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. Throughout my stay, the staff remained exceptionally professional, accommodating, and detail-oriented. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with bedding that was remarkably comfortable and made for a truly restful stay. Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Opened in 2020 yet looked brand new, Room and everything in the hotel are beautiful and very well designed. However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. Very near to Takashimaya and Isetan Shopping Mall.
