Everything about this place was perfect! Bright, clean, fresh, friendly, tons of amenities and a short walk to the station (East side). The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Best breakfast buffet I’ve found!

The hotel is located on the east side of Omiya Station, near Takashimaya. It is only a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient for guests staying in Omiya who use trains and buses daily for business or travel. The hotel staff were very friendly and well-mannered, always available to assist guests. The room was clean and comfortable. The room does not include amenities; guests must pick them up at the amenity station in the lobby. However, the bathroom provides body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The guest welcome beverage station opens at 11 a.m., so you must wait until then for free coffee, or buy coffee outside or from a vending machine inside the hotel. The morning buffet was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western-style breakfast options. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, so guests must dine out or buy food to eat in their rooms. Fortunately, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are nearby, so finding a meal is not a problem.

Location of hotel is less than 10 min walk to station & many restaurants so very convenient. Hotel is comfortable & clean with many choices offered for breakfast. The staff member Ikeda went out of her way to assist us with ensuring that we got to our next destination. She was extremely helpful and friendly, even walked us to the train station and showed where to purchase train tickets for Osaka.

The is an excellent new hotel with helpful staff and well appointed facilities. Both the public areas and the room are beautifully appointed and well designed. The large hot pool and sauna were a great place to relax at the end of the day. The location is very convenient and close to Omiya Station. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and very reasonably priced.
