"Feels like home"

"The room was spacious and clean. Location was great, 10-15 min walk to Japan's biggest Kura, Senso-ji temple and Nakamise Dori street market. If you want to buy souvneirs, Don Quijote is around that area. The only issue I had was that the dryer did not function too well, my clothes were only half dry and some had a weird smell afterward. I would go back and stay there next time. I love the 4 queen sized beds."

"Definitely our favourite stay at Tokyo so far. Especially if you travel with kids, the room is spacious comparing to other Tokyo hotels. Love the apartment style hotel so has everything you need including laundry and kitchen. The best part is the shower room turns into a dry room to dry all our clothes after the washing within hours. "Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. Again, slightly off the beeten track from the downtown hub but great room. New, clean and spacious for a family of 5 (3 adult...

"施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"Great stay at Calm Asakusa. Best things about property was the location, so close to Asakusa station and other sights including restaurants, shopping and of course Kaminarimon Gate & Sensoji Temple. The property itself was very clean & quiet. Having a washing machine was very handy. Bathroom had all the bells and whistles and water temperature & pressure were excellent. We were staying there as a family of four with two kids and found it quite tight as the day bed could really only fit one...
