"Everything was great. Will be back"

"Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location"

"Exactly as advertised! Great setup and grateful that the unit had a washer/dryer to be able to get some laundry done. The only con is that you have to give your key to the front desk when you’re leaving the property but I had no issues picking it back up. Would recommend!"

"It was a great stay"

"This place was so affordable for what you got. I loved how it was in a quiet area but still close to all the action. They had a crib for my daughter and the staff was super helpful. I would absolutely recommend to others."

"Great accommodation at a great location."

"Steps away from the heart of Akihabara, immediately greeted by the friendliest staff and nerdy, but cute and endearing decor. The hotel has some space for holding luggage, but ask ahead so they can prepare! If you want to pretend like you actually live in Japan, this is the perfect place for you! Apartment style accommodations, and enough room for suitcases in your room. Plenty of space if you don’t have a third on the couch! Bathroom and shower / laundry is in the unit, separated by rooms....

"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

"Muy buena ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca"

"Proximity to Tokyo Station and other metro lines is excellent. Was easy to access public transportation to access various parts of the city. We were a party of 5 adults, two using wheelchairs due to limited mobility. They had an elevator and the apartment style worked great for our group. A drawback is they only have an elevator to access the guest room floors. You can use stairs or elevator to move between street level and the lobby on the second floor, however staff told us there wasn’t...

"Was a good room with a good amount of space for 4 people. I would go there again if I am in the Shinjuku area."

"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—very close to Asakusa Station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were always friendly, responsive, and happy to help. We especially appreciated their assistance with arranging our luggage forwarding to Osaka, which made our trip so much easier. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here...

"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"
