"We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reception, pool, and restaurant all closed at 19:30 or 20:00, which was a bit disappointing /inconvenient. The mini fridge in our room was not functioning. Other than those minor complaints, our room was lovely, the views of horses were wonderful, and we enjoyed the on-site horse show. "

The room I stayed in was totally upgraded with fresh tile, a very comfortable bed, and the little things (hair dryer, reading lamp, towel and coat hooks, etc.) I was traveling solo and spontaneously. It was a perfect place to have as a home-base from which to explore Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer proper, the bird sanctuary nearby, and other little inlets here and there. "Set in the midst of the Camargue, lodge well set up, roomy and clean. Lovely view onto the pool which unfortunately was discoloured with looked like algae round the edges and not inviting. Breakfast - extra €10 each was fresh plentiful and delicious "

"It was a location to access the Camargue and was fine. Only note us if you access the limited €10 parking it us very tight entry and I was touching the mirrors of an Opel Mokka so a larger vehicle would not fit. It is rate at 2* it might push to 2.5+."
