"We had a great experience my daughter and I ...upon checkin to check out... the staff at checkin was so accomadating because when we booked thinking we were in the same room but wasn't and she made it possible which made my daughter stay 100 percent better :) The location is amazing, shops, dining, the walk to the beach in 5 mins away , transportation... is just an amazing location for everything.... we stayed for three days and it was cleaned everyday... the breakfast was good overall we...

"The hostel met my expectations for a hostel in France. However, I was concerned when a person from another room was able to access the room I was in with her electronic key card. Key cards should only open the room a person is assigned to for safety."

"I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this property. Especially since the price is budget friendly. The neighborhood is quiet with views of the mountains/hills. You have to have a key fob to get onto the property as the grounds are gated. The hostel is clean, and the staff is friendly. This was my fourth time in Marseille, and my first time in the 12th Arrondissement. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for hosting Bum Bum Jones and I! "

"Arrivee a 14h ses gens sont surbook bref ca pourrait passer ac des excuses mais il n’yen a pas eau tiede moyen pr un bain ustenciles de cuisine absents par contre ils n’hesitent pas a vous faire comprendre que il faut partir a 10h sans bonjour qd il est 10h15 bref esprit marseillais absent et refuse de faire ce quil ont en pub ds leur gargotte faut pas rester a Marseille les crepes on connait bref 0 pr des commercants il a oublie que l’on est jamais assis que sur ses fesses le petit...

"Plus personne à partir de 18h à l'accueil, aucun service, alors que nous avions besoin d'un fer à repasser. La personne de l'accueil à la réception baillait et semblait dépassée. Nous avons pris la chambre la plus chère et nous avons eu deux lit une place pas du tout confortable, un mouchoir sale traînait au pied du lit, la vue sur le parking et une baignoire qui ne s'écoulait pas. Pour se garer, c'est le parcours du combattant, aucune Place réservé, obligé de se garer sur des terres pleins....

"프랑스에서 묶는 첫 숙소였습니다. 싼가격과 위치만 보고 하루전에 대충 구한 숙소였는데 잊지 못할 경험만들고 갔습니다. 저녁 8시에 호스트랑 게스트들 끼리 한가지 음식씩 가져와서 파티를 했는데 스페인어, 불어는 전혀 모르지만 재밌는 시간 보냈습니다. 화장실은 좁고 방도 불편한게 많습니다만 이상하게 편안하고 기분 좋은 곳이 었습니다. 하루만 묶은게 너무 아쉬었어요. but 신혼부부라던가 안락하고 조용하게 쉬기만 원하시는 분에게는 별로 좋지 않을거 같네요ㅎㅎ Merci."
