"Lors de notre séjour une fois installé dans notre chambre il n’y avait pas de télécommande pour le téléviseur, nous avons eu la mauvaise idée de regarder pour la trouver… nous avons trouvé toutes sortes de choses mais pas de télécommande ( des vieux mouchoirs, un bas sale et ben d’la poussière et autre détritus) nous avons communiqué avec la réception et la jeune femme qui est venue nous voir avec une autre télécommande qui n’était pas compatible avec la télé était vraiment sympathique et serviable. Après lui avoir montré la saleté elle nous a offert de changer de chambre. Mon conjoint a été voir l’autre chambre mais elle était aussi sales que la première. Nous sommes finalement resté dans la même chambre. Au couché le lit semblait propre mais honnêtement les oreillers sentaient la vieille sueur. Nous n’avons pas eu de suivi de la direction à notre départ. Nous avons été dans plusieurs hôtels dans notre vie mais cet hôtel n’est pas à recommander. Pour le même prix nous aurions pu avoir un meilleur endroit. Conclusion nous n’y retournerons jamais."

"Had a long wait to check into our room. The attendant said that do to a late check out our room was not yet ready. Also, we chose a room with a city view and our one small window looked decently at the roof. But it was clean. Shower had a nice large rain shower head and pressure was good. Even received a turn down service unexpectedly. Would stay here again but it was pretty expensive."
