"Apartment was well equipped, fantastic view and across from the beach. Tram stop 2 minute walk allowing easy quick travel to the Old Town. Host was excellent and great communication. Would stay again!"

"Excellent location. Close to 2 tram stops and easy walk to the beach. Judy has a notebook with a wealth of information on things to do and places to go. Zero need for a car. It would only add anxiety to your vacation. We walked all around Nice and visited 6 cities and towns nearby. We also took the ferry to Monaco to see how the other half lives. Overall a fun time. This unit is in a great location to make it all happen. As an added bonus we could sit on the balcony with our coffee or wine and watch the planes take off and land. The photos include sunrise, sunset and the mansion that belongs to Elton John."
