"We had a lovely time while staying in the Embarben Maison d'hotes. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfasts were very tastie and fulfilling. We had a dinner as well which was delicious and home made. The owners were very helpful in directing us to the local points of interest. The possibility of check-in in the middle of the night was a bonus. The hotel in itself is beautiful with a charming character. "

"The troglodyte house was exactly as described - made from a cave set in teh side of a hill. It was comfortable and well furnished, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The balcony with its view over Saint Chamas was the best part. The house is well situated for exploring Provence but if you're hiring a car, don't choose anything too big - the lanes leading to the property are narrow and the parking is best-suited to a small-medium car!"
