"the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's the rest of the property that is a mess. The side of the Ice Palace along the walk looks like an abandon garbage dumpThe new chairs by the pool are nice but hard as a rock and not at all comfortable to lie on. They should have mats to put on them. I'd even be willing to pay to rent one for the lounge chair."

"They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all."
