"This place is a dream! You never have to leave once you are at the property. There are several areas associated with the property where free shuttles are available. The restaurants have wonderful food, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are stunning. We did the zipline which was on site and was one of the best things I did while in Costa Rica. Not to be missed!

"There was no room when I arrived. Staff put an old mattress and used linens into a random room that looked like someone had been living there. Door didn’t lock. Then all staff left and locked me in. Left property due to safety and cleanliness concerns. Staff were nice but cannot recommend this place."
