"Not a bad stay. Nothing over the top special but it was clean and staff was friendly."

"The property was very clean and very well kept great location. However, when I checked in the front desk was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when she did acknowledge me, she was very short and didn’t give me any information regarding breakfast times or how to get to the elevator or any basic welcoming information. She hardly spoke to me but a couple of words, as if I was inconveniencing her. While I was there I tried calling the front desk from the room telephone, and I let it...

"Went to a concert and didn’t even get back to my room until 6am. All because there is no cell service in the vicinity. Don’t go anywhere in a Lyft or Uber because you will not be able to get back!"

"Clean room, staff was helpful and polite. Location was great plenty of food and shopping within a short distance."

"Breakfast was good and rooms are clean."

"Very convenient for me and my family"

"Room was a little outdated. I get it, it’s expensive to up keep. But there was some mold in the bathroom. There was obvious quick fixes throughout the room, one tried to be hidden by the bed headboard. For the money it costs to stay here I would think management would invest in proper corrections. "We loved the suite with the kitchenette and separate bedroom! The AC worked great and the room was clean. We also took advantage of the indoor swimming pool! We also chose this location due to its proximity to Grapevine Mills Mall. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding due to the usual breakfast options as well as chicken tacos! Recommended hotel!"

"Room was super clean and staff was really friendly. Enjoyed the room service from the restaurant inside the hotel. Food was very good, especially since we didn’t have to travel. Partnership with Yolk was great for breakfast."

"Amazing stay!!!!"

"We had a wonderful dinner in the lounge !! Burger and chicken sandwich was delish. Also Ceaser salad and chips and salsa. All very good!"

"Fairly new, clean and well-maintained property. We stayed for one night on Friday before flying out the following day and had a great experience. The room was spacious, tidy, clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was also great, with a good variety of hot and cold options, plenty of seating, and extended opening hours over the weekend, which we really appreciated as it allowed for a bit of a sleep-in. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Sierra, who checked us in, was amazing. Our...
