"In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to water, which he did. In addition, the property did not have hot water. when I contacted the owner again, she said look for a hot water turn on. we looked and could not fix this issue. The owner stopped taking my calls and would not respond. This was the worst stay we have ever encountered. The only reason we chose this place was for the included parking and the ability to do laundry, which was not the case. The false advertisement and the unacceptable conditions of no hot water was the reason for our poor rating"

"I drove to the 1st postcode that I was sent but it turned out to be 4 miles from the actual property. In short 2 different postcodes were sent in separate emails. The emails did not state that the property would be shared. The young man in the other room was polite enough but I would’ve preferred to know it was shared when booking it. The door to my bedroom didn’t sit flush to lock it with the code. It was really difficult locking the door when I was going out and used up valuable time. The bed was unstable too."

"Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. "

"The house is a large space that could suit big groups, but we encountered several significant issues.The main one was that the property hadn’t been prepared for our arrival. Although we were initially delayed by an incorrect key-box code, this became minor once inside: 2 bedrooms were unassembled, furniture was stacked from floor to ceiling in one room, and the kitchen was missing basic essentials for our group of 8 (no bowls, 2 cups).Our biggest concern was safety. The staircase bannisters had been removed and replaced with rough plywood with exposed nails, which felt unsafe - especially with children. The property also had visible damage and didn’t resemble the photos. A neighbour mentioned there had been an incident with a previous occupant the day before our arrival, which explained the condition, but none of this had been communicated to us.Although a partial refund was issued, the property was unfortunately not ready or fully safe for the duration of our stay. We have since been informed that a 'calendar block' was removed in error, allowing our booking to proceed when it should not have. Rather than being transparent about this (bearing in mind we booked 8 weeks in advance) the agency rushed the necessary repairs, leaving parts of the home incomplete and unsafe. This created some serious issues for us, and we would therefore advise caution before making booking here. Note - parking outside is permit-only, although the agent did offer to cover any tickets."

"I had a fantastic stay at this cosy 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, well-furnished, and felt like a real home away from home. The living space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again, highly recommended!"
