"The Plaza is not only a beautiful part of New York city history, it’s also a part of my own personal history; every stay, since I was a child, has become part of a treasured memory. I love the look of the hotel, the smell of the hotel, the very “feel” of the hotel; the moment I step in the front door, I feel better about the world. Many of the staff have become like family to us over the years, and returning as we do whenever we can feels like coming home. If one has the wherewithal to spend even a single night in this magnificent place, one simply must. (Can you tell I love The Plaza?)"

"Room was cleaned and up to date. Offered the amenities one would expect in a modern hotel room including plenty of charging outlets, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc. Had a great view of the NYC skyline and enjoyed the included continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again if I needed a place near JFK and Jamaica Station"

"From the Chen in to the time we left it was great experience. They gave us a free upgrade to the 45th floor with great views. Anyone was always friendly. We asked for a late check out at 3-330 and they were very accommodating. Will be definitely staying here again"

"We stay at this hotel in Midtown because of the location and other unique aspects that makes this place a hidden gem. It's just one train ride to Yankee Stadium and the subway to Times Square is literally across the street. Also, we love the junior suite with two queens and a pullout for all 4-5 of us. The rooms have large 65" TVs, the internet is not bad (14 Mbps up/down), and the staff as well as the housekeeping are very helpful. The kids just wish there was a pool. But they like the fitness center and breakfast is not great but not bad. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend to a friend."
