There are two lifts in this hotel, one of them never worked during my stay (April 2026) and for one day, neither of them worked. "Room was beautiful with great views of the city. Cleaned and well stocked bathrooms. House keeping butler and conferee were top of their game. Really enjoyed the lounges and restaurant as well. "
