"Nice place but charge for every little thing.
$10 to rent a kitchen package (plates, pots etc.). How bout $$10 refundable deposit. ( A surprise for travelers blowing through…. Where every other stop all was provided).
Cabin was nice but no towels. Showers were $1 increasing to $2.
Won’t come back here. "
"Bridget, the motel manager, was lovely—she called ahead to check our arrival time and made sure everything was perfect with the room. The place has been nicely renovated. We drove, so we’re not sure about nearby facilities, but Wanaka is absolutely beautiful.

"Loved the Edgewater Wanaka. Definitely recommend. Spacious rooms and well equipped. Loved hiring the bikes to go for a ride around the lake. Would stay again- but longer next time! "
