"Firstly no information on how to enter the property. Had to do an online search to find a contact number to speak the vendor. Who then gave us a passcode and what keypad to use to get access.
Wardrobe within the room, had the right hand door hanging open on one hinge, with the top doors completely off. Tv in the room would not work unless connected to one of the devices. Whilst appreciating that it was a shared communal space which we did not use. Other residents were very loud . "

I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process"
"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

"We booked this hotel to be near Emma Bridgewater and had never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before. We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff. Will definitely look out for this chain in preference to Premier Inns in future! "
"Property owners agent (Travelnest) decided to cancel my booking without instruction. This caused a payment issue which ended in the property owner making threatening calls in regards to payment and demanding direct payment. This caused untold stress on my family to secure there stay for the second night stay.
On top of this the kitchen did not have all of the necessary utensils needed to be able to prepare food, the downstairs toilet isnt fitted securely to the floor, plaster damaged in several room and the kitchen floor was filthy.
The location is very busy with a lot of traffic noise including a lot of emergency vehicles.
