"Close to the park and rooms were cozy and perfect. Only complaint was they closed the pool early one night and I was so looking forward to the hot tub I came back to the hotel early for it. Front desk didn’t even know they closed it early. "

While a comfortable and clean stay is important, which I believe these are the minimum standards for hotels, whether or not guests requests and complains are heard is more important to me. Not only E Central satisfied my requests, the management always asked if my concerns were taken care of. I felt I was acknowledged, and I felt I existed. Although my room card keys didn’t work a few times, it did not really affect me at all due to an excellent hospitality management I received from E Central. "
