"It’s close to the charming town of Stellenbosch, and has lovely gardens. The rooms upstairs are small and somewhat dark due to the thatch, but they are good value and are in the main house which dates from the 1700’s. There’s no access to indoors common areas in the house though. No pool but great play area for kids! The cafe is darling tho outside so it’s best to come Dec til end March! "

"This is a very beautiful hotel and has amazing safari grounds. Rooms are beautiful, clean and inviting. Overall very expensive for what you get and has a lot of hidden fees on arrival. It is a shame that things such as breakfast or activities are not included or discounted with the significant cost of a room per night. "Vi bilade i området och stannade en natt. Hotellet är mysigt o personligt med en bra frukost och sköna sängar. Fin utsikt från rummet. Ligger dock inga resturanger nära så man får åka till Simons Town för att äta. Toalett o dusch låg precis utanför rummet - vi delade inte med någon."
