"The area is generally noisy however it was not too bad. The only thing I did not like was that I came back and found a mat placed on my bag after they cleaned our room. "

"The actual hotel is really very good and the rooms are outstanding. Nice grounds, nice pool and the food was also of a decent quality. Now on a road trip around South Africa, you get used to warnings about safety and taking care of belongings. Here we were welcomed with a lengthy delivery on all the steps the hotel was taking and what in turn we needed to do, which even by SA standards appeared a bit alarming, so made you think the surrounding area must be a huge 'worry'. "Everything was perfect except having to hunt down staff when we wanted to check out. No one was at reception, no one answered the guesthouse phone when we tried to get someones attention. About 15minutes later we were able to find one of the staff members at the amenities/laundry room. We would recommend the guesthouse but service with regards to having someone at reception needs to be addressed "

"It is a beautiful property, near the main roadso easy to find. The staff are all lovely, friendly etc. The main problem was a mix up with my partners breakfast, the order was not correct when he cleary stated what he wanted. Nothing major but annoying and shouldn't happen "

"Decent place however in our room the ceiling fan did not work and we could not control the air con except for the temperature when we told the staff we were told that they couldn't check every room. The room needed some updating."
