"Hotel nicely located close to local markets, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Area is a bit rough, with homeless people begging and following you for quite a while But not as had as I expected. Police and safety officers were present on most corners. If vigilant and avoiding certain streets. one can have nice walks to explore the city and shop local art, clothes and memorabilia. Rooms not huge but comfortable for family of four. Breakfast was excellent with wide range of option and available...

"front desk was phenomenal they were helpful, great advice, kind, welcoming. elevator was quick, restaurant attached to hotel was delicious as well, we arrived early but they kept our luggage for us while we went for breakfast nice! rooms were very clean has a fridge and massive shower, windows opened up wide and the curtains can block out all sun, check in and check was easy and quick, they come to clean your room once a day and provide fresh towels, and the soap is so nice we loved the soap...

"This hotel does not have an elevator. There are 2 small flights of stairs which is OK but very inconvenient when you have 5 pieces luggage to get up to the room. I asked for help since there was no designated bellhop"

"Pros: Nice property, excellent staff, secure access, easy onsite parking, clean comfortable bed, hot shower, cold air conditioning, and soft towels. Easy access to shops, restaurants, spa and art galleries. Cons: Limited table/counter space made it very difficult to set up the room for my stay. I was constantly needing to move things around to make coffee, charge electronics or eat. Lack of outlets made it difficult to charge electronics. "

"The staff is amazing. Lorenzo and his team were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel provides a unique and exceptional vantage scenic point and view of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The view is spectacular! From the reception area, to the kitchen staff, and bar , housekeeping at every touch point and interaction the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this property it is also centrally located without the busyness of the water front. "

Room clean, set up as single beds as I was lone traveller, but happy to make it into double as my preference.
