"Great hotel in a rather stunning location. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. The spa facilities were really good with an innovative walkway over the canal. The swimming pool was bigger than average spa pools. Well equipped gym. The location was easily accessible for the city centre and lovely walks along the canal. This area is liberally spread with numerous bars and eateries to suit all palates. Had a wonderful spa weekend with great friends, we all had a brilliant time and said we would recommend and visit again. "

"We had a brilliant 2 night stay with our 18 month old. The facilities were excellent, especially the clean swimming pool and changing rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was very convenient for transport, shops and dining. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend."

"1am arrival 40 mins late i was soooo pleased i had booked the hotel....not my first stay but first time on arrival. Very quick check in very quiet , also good to know they dont cancel bookings/ update until 2hrs after last flight arrival . In the big room i like the views the generous supplies of everything and big mugs instead of cups n saucers. Love a bed you have to climb into. Could have done with somewhere to prop my case rather than the spare bed . Now the kitchen flood is sorted breakfast is back up to.top.class in terms of supplies, variety huge time window and nice seating . Think im gonna book for my july departure makes life easier"
