The villa is situated at the heart of the countryside of Modica made famous by the television series "Dexter", sandwiched between the baroque of Noto and Siracusa and Ragusa Ibla, Modica and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Just 15 minutes by car from the beaches of San Lorenzo, the Vendicari nature reserve of Calamosche Beach, overlooking the Ionian Sea and the beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo, Pozzallo, Marina di Modica and Sampieri, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The whole area is characterized by the presence of companies engaged in the cattle where you can taste the typical Sicilian products dairy: cheese cacio cavallo, provole and fresh ricotta.
