The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Marisa who recommended the zucchini pizza at the restaurant around the block. The room was fine, very comfortable bed. "Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style. If you are used to 5 stars definitly not for you. If you like camps with lots of kids and families. This is for you. They have it all yoga, meditation, exercise classes in water and out. Don't look forward to the coplimantary breakfast. Needs to be booked 2 days in advance. Better off going somewhere...

"Cute room, great comfy bed! AC worked great, as well as the shower. A big plus to have a fridhe in the room. I had some issues with the key but the host was always ready to help and quick to reply within a minute. The area is in the middle of beautiful Modica. "This is just such an amazing place! The service, the quality, the hospitality and pretty much everything else at such a level! The breakfast is superb with lots of fresh cakes and a nice selection. Comfortable and and spacious rooms. There's no point in looking for restaurants in the area when you have the chance to be pampered by staff who are present and courteous but never intrusive. Dinners we had were the best we had on our 9 day trip in Sicily. The staff (both Antonio's and the dining staff) is the best you can find in an accommodation facility and we thank them for the kindness and courtesy that distinguished them over the three days we stayed there!structure in excellent condition. As an American, would highly recommend staying at this hotel."
