"Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal."

"If you are just staying for a short time and don't plan on spending time in the room, it offers the best value. The rooms are very tiny, like apartments in Hongkong, but has everything. It's like visiting a concept room in IKEA. The location cannot be beat. Close to shopping, restaurants, the rivers, and night clubs. Great place for car and people watching. :)"

"The hotel is well situated near to the main train station and well connected to the bus and tram lines. The hotel was very clean and the family room was very comfortable offering two single beds for our two children (aged 16 and 11). Breakfast was delicious which we enjoyed in the summer terrace. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite with great recommendations for restaurants."

"You could not ask for more old world charm than this hotel. It’s located on the corner of a cobblestone plaza with plenty of food options. The rooms were nice although a little small - but this was expected for a hotel in the old town. The breakfast options were good and the staff served any type of coffee or tea you’d like. A big perk was that they kept a complimentary drink fridge near the lobby with bottled waters. They gave a 50% discount to the Kunsthaus Museum of art - the buildings history involves an artist whose works can be seen around the hotel and the museum. The only drawbacks were that the A/C didn’t seem to cool as much as we hoped and leaving the window open let in a lot of smoke smell from the streets below (however, we found this to be the case all over the Swiss cities). "

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "
