"We had a french press, but no way to heat the water. There was no pot for the hot plate for brewing coffee, although there was coffee and condiments available in the room. The people were nice and the room was clean. We asked for towels and they were provided by house keeping. overall it was a good experience."

"The rooms and the whole hotel are renovated and look okay but the overall experience is like in Ryanair flights: you have to pay for the air you breathe. On the website it looks like the gym is a hotel amenity, instead, you have to pay 15 CHF to access it. There are little snacks at extortionate prices. The room was dirty, there was a sticky stain on the "bedside table", there were shoe prints on the floor and the toilet was dirty. I had cold shower on the first day because there was no hot water. "

"For £206 a night this has to be the most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was tiny with a single bed. Air con barely worked and was extremely loud. Bathroom was tiny and shower was weak, leaking and couldn’t decide whether to boiling or cold. Curtains were pointless Breakfast was poor."

"We stayed in a suite with terrace and it was really well equipped. Usually you find just enough plates, glasses, cutlery, towels for the number of people staying but there were extra of everything, even pillows. Everywhere was super clean and well looked after. The fitness room was a bonus. The location is also really good, with the train station around the corner 9 mins to the airport and not much further into Zurich HB. Lots of shops and food outlets are nearby too. The best thing was the staff. From Simon’s greeting at the front desk when we arrived late at night and who took the time to show us the location and what tickets to get for the trains, to the housekeeping staff who did such a good job. And someone even spotted it was my birthday while there and brought me a cake to the room. The ability to communicate with the team by WhatsApp is a great idea, more hotels should do this."

"The stay was overall decent. The room was comfortable and clean, but nothing exceptional. The bathroom, particularly the shower area, could definitely use a better design—it felt a bit inconvenient. The view from the room was quite average, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. It did feel slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. Also, the city tax was charged separately, which wasn’t very clear at the time of booking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of value for money."
