"The hotel was a great location for us because it was within walking distance of our concert at Soldier Field. Parking was very easy to access. The check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating, especially when I needed to ask for extra amenities; they came to the room within minutes."

"Hotel staff was very helpful. We got into town early so I purchased a resort pass to have access to the pool for the kids as soon as we got there. I went to the front desk to see if I could get an early check in and she put me in a room on the spoSo greatful because I work 3rd shift and hadn't been to sleep yet."

"I love IHG, as this is my second location outside of Australia. We did walk in to a funny smelling room, and the toilet didn’t seem to be wiped properly. We brang this matter to the front desk attention and we were given free breakfast and the matter handled immediately! Great location! Comfy beds and friendly staff! Will always recommend!"

"Our room was beautiful Lynn appointed, just large enough for two people who like each other. No extras: just the bed, a desk, and locked dresser in the bedroom, and a tub/shower and sink/vanity in the bath..just roomy enough for a couple; excessively cosy if you aren’t."
