"Where it's at is perfect! Close to alot of shopping and of course where we were going! All of the staff was super friendly! The hotel itself was really nice, the pool area was very hot upon walking in and was hard to stay in, to watch the kids play, because of that vut that is my only complaint! OVERALL an excellent hotel!"

"I recently stayed two nights in Chicago and split my time between this hotel and another popular brand near ORD airport—and hands down, this property was the clear winner. I have not experienced many hotels that are this well-maintained. The place was pristine from top to bottom. The check-in staff were fine, but what really stood out was the property itself—absolutely stunning. Everything was modern, spotless, and exactly as advertised on the hotel’s page. The bathroom, in particular, was incredible—spacious, sleek, and immaculately clean. I was in a rush and didn’t get a chance to take photos, but it looked just like the pictures. I called the front desk for a few amenities, and they delivered them almost immediately, which I really appreciated. The entire stay was comfortable and relaxing, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the hotel. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be choosing Westin more often from now on. Highly recommend!"
