The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "Warm welcome from staff on arrival. As we arrived early, I was able to leave my luggage in storage so that I could explore the city hassle free. After checking in to room later in the day, I noticed the door lock was faulty and raised this with reception. A swift resolution was made with relocation to a new room - hassle free. Modern, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Location of hotel was perfect for us to navigate Brussels. Most popular sight seeing spots you could get to within a 10-15 minute walk, with Gare Central Station being 3 mins from the hotel. Only could stay one night but will definitely return in the future. "
