"Apartment is dated. One bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay. Got there and air conditioner wasn’t working. Manager showed up right away but was grumpy. Told me I had to pay an additional city tax and cleaning fee. I guessed I was getting scammed but had no other option but to pay. Air conditioning worked about 75% of time. Would not recommend."

The shower drain must have been clogged because the shower filled quickly and there was no tub so I had to take quick showers. The hot water may have had a problem because the water would only get warm at best when turned all the way to hot. The shower head was also pretty gross and was due to be cleaned. "I sent them several texts with weeks of anticipation for check-in info, up to a day before arrival. They never responded and when I arrive at the airport in Rome I got a message telling me that they canceled my reservation. I already paid, I need to get my money back. so frustrating. no wonder why they have no rating, i should have not rented from them. I had to pay $300 more for another place. "
