"Very accommodating in a great area"

"we didnt receive any information about check in or how to access the hotel - had to rely on another guest we were with to find out how to get in. bed was rock hard and impossible to sleep on. the booking info said breakfast was available for a fee, but there was no one to ask and no info on where to get it. hair dryer that was provided barely worked, and didnt stay running unless you held the button the whole time you used it. room was extremely small, but as expected in rome. no outside...

"Both room and bathroom were great and spacious. Location was just 5 minutes away from the underground, which connects to Roma Termini and from there to Colosseum, airport, and the entire underground network. Hence transportation is very convenient. Area around the apartment was also very walkable, with most of the attractions just a walk away. We only had to use the underground to reach the apartment from train station and to get the the airport. "
