Property is well located, area is safe, walkable and close to transportation options. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable. I had an inconvenient with check in instructions, however owner was very accommodating and was of great help. I would recommend this room for whoever plans to visit Rome!

The check in was good, the room was clean. The shower had a fairly strong mould smell. The biggest issue was the window in the room. Noise doesn’t generally bother me. However, the noise was quite extreme. Between the bars playing loud music, constant cars honking, and sirens, I woke up many times throughout the night. Every night. The window was very old and even with everything shut It sounded like the window was wide open.

Took over an hour to get in the room. Was left a skeleton key that was broken. Management stated in an text "in comprehensable that it is broken" sent a picture, still did not believe until someone finally showed up to verify. Then, had to leave the new key so they could copy it the next day. Returned back to room later that night to find our room left unlocked. Over 12 international trips, first time ever feeling uneasy.

The day of arrival I received a long message how to check-in. I have been to so many places and check-in instructions are very clear and simple! Here it’s not the case! They were scattered around in the message and it was hard for us to get inside the building. They have a condominium door. This is the BIG main door to get into the building. Then find the staircase of your block A,B,C etc… Then your flat and then your room! There is a code to get in the flat and there is a key safe with a code you will find your room key along with flat and BIG door keys. Instructions gave us flat code then how to open the condominium door then the room code and then staircase details! We were lost. There was no one around to ask or anyone spoke English. I had to message the guy who have me the instructions. He gave us instructions how it meant to be given on the welcome message. Finally after 45min we found the room. Apart from that difficulty, the room was very nice and clean. Shower pressure was good. They have a coffee machine for the whole flat which has about 6 rooms to share. In the future I suggest AL rooms to re-arrange their welcome message with clear instructions in order to help guests have step by step access to the rooms. Property address. Carini e moderni gli arredi, ottima posizione per visitare la città, soprattutto il Vaticano. Non mi è piaciuto: - Insonorizzazione inesistente. Si tratta di un appartamento con 4 stanze, quando c'è accesa la luce nel corridoio in comune entrano spifferi di luce ed il rumore di chi è nell'atrio o corridoio è molto intenso. - Ogni tanto dal bagno arriva un rumore fortissimo e non si capisce cosa sia. -Aria condizionata presente, ma non funzionante.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral man kann alles gut erreichen , Vatikan und Engelsburg kann gut per Fuß erreicht werden und die Metro ist nicht weit weg. Wasserbrunnen ist vorm Haus.

Nos trataron fatal al cometer un error (fumamos la primera noche) pedimos disculpas a pesar de las malas maneras y amenazarnos con avisar a la policía, una vez que pedimos disculpas, parecía que todo iba bien, volvían a ser amables aunque no nos cambiaron las toallas, no vaciaron las papeleras. al irnos pidieron que dejaramos el dinero del impuesto en efectivo en la habitación sin ningun resguardo para nosotros, comentamos que prefería una transferencia, es más legal y sobre todo queda constancia y entonces volvieron a amenazarnos con denunciarnos a la policía y a tratarnos muy mal, en todo momento queremos pagar pero dejando constancia, parece que prefieren que sea "en negro".. discoteca justo debajo, imposible dormir antes de la 1

Nice room

The place is located 20 minutes walk from the Vatican, close to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable. However, the area is very loud until around 1am with music, cars, motos and people. These goes quiet until 6 am.
