"Very pleasant stay, everything you need is present. Good beds, good equipment for cooking your italian meals and nice fireplace. Francesco was a really warm host: helped us out when needed, had good ideas for trips in the environment!"

The property is well located between the beach and railway line, which worked very well for commute to Rome and then relaxing by the beach. Our host was very responsive and would recommend this accommodation."

"As soon as I walked up to the gate and looked into the garden, I knew I had someplace special! The owners were able to accommodate me on a last-minute request, and I appreciated this. When you walk up to the first level, there are two sliding glass doors with the most gorgeous view of the sea pulling you in!
