The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cerenova. Great space indoors and out. The hosts were very kind in welcoming us and making sure we had what we needed. Short walking distance to supermarket and good restaurants. Great to be able to take the train into Rome and come back to a peaceful oasis!"

"The property was lovely and comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the town of Montefiascone and the area. It was perfectly quiet at night, even though it’s located adjacent to a little piazza. The WiFi was also flawless and provided a great place to get some work done, too. Having a washing machine was great! A few concerns: I was surprised that only one roll of toilet paper was supplied, so I had to buy more. I was provided with a very specific schedule of when to put out trash and...
