"Literal paradise….The owner Jack and property manager Kay were very responsive and helpful before and throughout our trip. We had a couple issues that they resolved quickly/same day. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. The dock and oceanfront view were outstanding.The water from the dock is beautiful, clear and tons of fish around the dock to watch. Snorkeling around the dock kept us busy, and the Swings in the water were also a big hit!Low tide happened 1-2 times times a day which changes how everything looks. You have a sand bar you can snorkel or walk to from the house.Plenty of seating with ocean views from the screen porch, dock, and the beach.The kayak trip to the blue hole from the house was awesome (make sure to take into account the wind coming back that part was a little rough but we were able to walk since it was low tide). Pizza oven on the porch was great, we had homemade pizza one night too! Cant wait to go back!"

"We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!"

"Bama Breeze is located in an area of Exuma that is one of our favorites to stay in because it's private, swimmable, and offers stunning views all day long. And Bama Breeze was a great house with all of those locational benefits! We loved the swings and very easy water access with plenty of seating if you wanted to stay dry. The house itself was super clean and had a good initial stock of supplies to get us started. We did have one issue with an AC unit, and the owner was incredibly responsive and had someone able to fix it same day on a schedule that didn't interrupt our vacation at all. I do think some of the other guests have been using a few of the amenities a bit roughly, with one of the kayaks taking on water. I have no doubt the owners are all over this. If you are looking for a great spot on the south side, I would highly recommend Bama Breeze!"

"We really loved this Villa! The view is absolutely breathtaking! You could see the white sandbars at low tide and it is so beautiful. Waking up to that view made us not want to leave! The villa was super clean and the beds, bedding and pillows were so comfortable. It was the first time I stayed somewhere where I looked at what brands the pillows, sheets, comforter and mattress were since I slept better than I have in years! We walked right next door to the gorgeous restaurant Blu on the Water several times during our stay. The owner and the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing. We will definitely stay at this villa again!"

"Here’s a polished VRBO review that keeps your experience authentic and detailed:We had an amazing stay at Seabreeze Lodge! The property was exactly as described, and the oceanfront setting was absolutely beautiful.One of our favorite parts of the trip was taking advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards. We paddled out to the sandbars and cays behind the house on a couple of different days, which was such a fun adventure. We were even lucky enough to see sharks and sea turtles right behind the house!The pool was another highlight. It was the perfect place to cool off after long days exploring the beaches and snorkeling, and it was thoughtfully stocked with floats that our family really enjoyed.The house itself was very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. After reading previous reviews, we knew to expect the road leading to the house to be rough, and that was accurate. Taking it slow made it completely manageable, and it certainly wasn’t enough to take away from the experience.We thought the location was excellent. We spent a lot of time exploring nearby beaches like Forbes Hill, Pretty Molly Beach, and Tropic of Cancer Beach, all of which were easy to reach from the house.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We’d absolutely recommend Seabreeze Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful Exuma getaway, and we’re already planning our next trip back!"

"A VERY sweet and incredible host! The property is incredibly quiet and off the beaten path down in Hartswell. We used a very reasonable car rental to get from this VRBO to charters, restaurants, and the Tropic of Cancer Beach. The property pool is a SUPER nice spot to chill in the evening after a full day of exploring the Exumas. She has a cooler, towels, and kayaks for use as part of the rental. The price is sooooo reasonable. We will be back to this property again!!!"
