"If your are looking for a fancy place this is not for you. What they don’t have is luxuries the make up for in the staff and the friendliness. I haven’t felt so relaxed at a resort like I have here I over 25 years. Kudos to the staff and kitchen. Food was excellent and drinks were great!! Highly recommend if you want a pure relaxing time. If you want pampering and luxury spaces this is not for you."

"The house and property are amazing with a few minor issues that with the price of the house shouldn’t have been there. A few bedroom doorknobs falling off, the AC units were difficult to control and locked with a code we had to request mid week, and the dish washer broke. There is also advertised water and ice maker in the fridge but the water was turned off to the fridge so it didn’t work. They pushed back on delivering ice but ultimately agreed. These are small things that did not hurt the overall property but given the price, they should be fixed. The location was great for snorkeling, kayaking, and the pool was amazing. We ended up not using the dock as the boat rental we talked to said it wasn’t suitable for keeping a boat overnight. Overall it was an amazing experience and the island is worth exploring. "

"WOW!!!!! Is all I can say!!! This place is unbelievable. Has everything you need. From floats to grills. It is a seculde paradise. The property owner and Kay was awesome to work with. We had even forgotten a shot glass Kay went get some for us. So nice to deal with them. The views are amazing and the house were very comfortable. Thanks again guys. Will be back. "

"We had an incredible stay at Bama Breeze. The sand bar that appears in front of the property was amazing, and we walked all the way to the island you can see, which was more than a mile away. The house was clean, AC was cold, and everything worked great. The road getting there was rough but our small rental SUV had no trouble making it. The hosts were very receptive to messages before and during our stay, which was very helpful. We would love to come back to the Exumas and would definitely stay at Bama Breeze again. "

"This property has serious issues. First and most important are the serious plumbing issues. Most of the the bathrooms have problems with the water pressure. Some to to point that they are not functioning properly. The maintenance man literally shut down one of the bedrooms we were using because of the problems with the bathroom. We had to move the guest out to share a bedroom with another guest. Three of the bathrooms did not have enough pressure to wash the soap out of your hair. When we complained the butlers said they had been reporting the issues to the owners but getting no results. The only had one of the swimming pools with the heat turned on. The outdoor lights for the only table that would hold our entire group did not work. We were told it would take two weeks to fix it, only a call to VRBO got the needed repairs. Both of the freezers in one house had big holes in the bottom of the refrigerators so the butlers kept towels on the floors 24/7 to keep us from slipping and falling from the melting ice."

The home had every amenity we could possibly need, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils. Everything was immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite things was being able to relax on the couch with a book while looking out at the ocean.We spent most of our time outdoors, enjoying the crystal-clear blue water and taking the kayaks out each day. One morning, we even spotted a turtle, which was such a special experience.Jack was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations and information throughout our stay. He was a gracious host, and his manager, Kay, made arrival seamless by helping us get checked in and stocking the house with groceries ahead of time—it made settling in so easy.We would absolutely stay at Two Turtles again on our next trip to this beautiful, turquoise-water island."

"Bayview Villas is absolutely fantastic and definitely the best spot on the island! We travelled all around Exuma in one of Charlie’s hire cars and couldn’t find anywhere that compared. The location is perfect - quiet, relaxing, with beautiful views. The water is so blue, and we loved having the kayaks to explore the sandbar and islands opposite.The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything our family of four needed and more. Charlie is the best host we've ever had. He is friendly and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble.We had such an amazing time and would love to come back again in the future. If you're planning a trip to Exuma, we can't recommend staying here highly enough.Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. We loved every minute!"

"This is a difficult review for me to write because the host is genuinely a very kind and a lovely person, which we truly appreciated throughout our stay. The property itself is in a fantastic location, directly in front of a private beach area with access to pristine water and kayaks available for use. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and it is definitely one of the strongest points of the stay. The screened porch is also a real highlight, you can comfortably enjoy being outside without dealing with bugs, which makes it a great space to relax. However, the unit itself feels quite dated and would benefit from some renovation. The kitchen is very old, and the bathroom is in particular need of repair and updating. The description and photos online do not fully reflect the current condition of these areas. I’ve also added some pictures of the kitchen and bathroom so future guests can make a more informed decision before booking. Overall, there is a lot of potential thanks to the amazing location and outdoor spaces, but the interior would need significant updating to match expectations and fully reflect the listing."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Seabreeze lodge! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the grill also worked great! The view is INCREDIBLE…stunning, crystal clear blue waters! The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome. We took them to the sandbar just off shore and explored. Also took them all the way to the island in the distance across from the house at high tide and kayaked to the nearby blue hole as well. Joanes, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. The house has a few things that could be fixed/updated but it is priced accordingly and it did not negatively impact how much we enjoyed the property. As some other reviewers mentioned, the roads are very rough getting there but the minivan we rented handled it fine as long as we went very slow once off the main highway :). One other note, the laundry room is beneath the house and can only be accessed from outside…again, this did not negatively impact our stay but it did take us a minute to find it when we got there. "
