"Wonderful home, location, and owners. Doug and Bambi are very responsive and thoughtful in the care of the home. The house is beautiful, well-kept, and well-equipped for outside activities on the amazing water right outside your door. The house has its own beach when the tide is right and while the house right next door was occupied while we were there, our stay still felt very private. The water is shallow and great for paddleboarding and kayaking and the sand bars cool to see and explore. The backroads to the house are rough as many have said in reviews before us and we agree that a Jeep is best to navigate. We aren't ones to leave the house/beach when on vacation but when we did, restaurants, groceries, etc., were within reasonable distance and had what we needed. We were very happy with our decision to stay at Bama Breeze and would definitely recommend."

"As my adult son said, "this was the best place we've ever stayed at!" The property is very comfortable and clean with all the things you might need included. Sun hats, coolers, bug spray, recommendations for activities and restaurants. Jack was always available to help with any questions. Again, my son just kept saying, why do we need to go somewhere else??!! We all just loved hanging at the house, with its beach, pier, boats and swings."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bahamas Island House. It was everything we were hoping for. The house is amazing and extremely well equipped. The ability to utilize the kayaks from the house and visit some incredible areas is perfect. There was a storm during our visit that took out power and cell service for the entire island. The house has a generator that kicked in within seconds allowing us to continue playing games with our kids and keep us comfortable through the night. It also has starlink. Jack anticipated needs before we even realized there was a need for it. He was extremely responsive and provided so much information ahead of time about the island. He gave great recommendations for excursions and for fresh lobster. We used Theo for our excursion and had an amazing time thanks to Jack’s recommendation. We will back to either this house or another one of his properties because of how well his guests are taken care of. Thank you for helping make our vacation truly magical."

"Valerie is a wonderful host and person. Her pup is the sweetest ever and I had to beg her to come hang out with me. Bridget keeps to herself. Her property was ideal for our trip. The cottage has everything you need and the pool is a big bonus. We liked to chill there and have coffee or take an afternoon swim. The AC works great (in both bedrooms as well). It's located in the southern part of the island. The closest beaches are Pretty Molly, Forbes Hill and Tropic of Cancer (all amazing beaches). I would stay there again if I am ever lucky enough to return to Exuma."

"A place to return to, a little piece of paradise where the peace and beauty of the surroundings far exceed your highest expectations before you even arrive. The house is great, you get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxury (you really don’t need it), because what it offers is more than enough to meet the needs of a family of four who just want to "disconnect" from the stress of everyday life.Not only do we plan to return soon, but we also hope to bring friends along who can stay right next door in another unit that’s exactly the same.And finally, a special thank you to our host Charlie and his family, not only because we had everything we needed during our stay, but also for the advices and kindness with which he treated all of us from the moment we arrived. We are very greatful for everything.P.D: Do not miss the chance to rent his boat for at least the full day, it is really worth it!"

"Great location with beautiful views of the sand bar at Man of War Cay. No direct beach/ocean access but totally worth it for the incredible views. Rented a car and explored the different beaches on the islands. Blu on the Water restaurant next door serves amazing food and a must for at least one meal."
