"We have stayed at STG several times over the years but it is sad to see it in decline. The place in general is looking sad and tired. They have done away with a "Manned" check in desk and now have a dozen or so computerised "self check in" points, not such a problem for me but certainly I observed a couple of elderly people struggling to get to grips with it.
