"The staff at the hotel make up for any short falls at the hotel. You are constantly greeted with genuine smiles and you are made to feel like family. But there are several areas that need working on. 1: Restaurant menu choice is very limited and basic in taste. The buffet breakfast is limited and not great. 2: The restaurant condition is just always warm. "I loved the authentic island field of the property and the friendly staff. They were very hard working and accommodating. My only gripe is that they weren’t always organized. My dad was assigned and incorrect room and had to wait over an hour to get a new one. My phone didn’t work in my room, but these were minor hiccups. I still enjoyed my stay "

"First off I will like to say communication was horrible .The place was very dirty dead animals was spread over the floors , and also around the bathroom area. The smell of the house was disgusting the room was dirty it seem like the house wasnt clean in months .PLEASE DONT STAY HERE ! The pool wasn't clean at all u can see other people foot prints in the water . The bathroom showers was very low .The house keeper only came on our last stay .
