Clean room and very friendly staff, however, there seems to be a shortage of towels, one needs to request either a face towel, wash rags and bath mats. Shampoo/hair conditioner dispenser does not work. The customer service representative was just amazing. She is an asset to Bay Gardens.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very good, however, the room was very tired and worn. Although the room was clean and tidy, the furniture was old, the safe was broken and the bathroom door would not close properly due to a broken hinge. It took forever to get hot water for a shower. With some renovations, the inn would be very nice due to its location and the amicable staff.

The highlight was the staff: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest Security was top notch and the shuttle to the beach a stroke of genius There were issues with the appliances provided.
