"I booked a standard double room and I got upgraded to executive double double room upon arrival. It was amazing and we loved the room so much and all the complimentary food and drinks. Staff were amazing and so helpful. We even got 1 hour late check out due to being upgraded. "

"My expectations were low given the review score, but I was pleasantly surprised and thought the hotel was great value for money. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable and had everything I needed in a hotel on a city break - hot shower, comfy bed, hairdryer… staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great- less than ten mins walk from the main coach station where i arrived and departed from and i loved the area overall - lots of cute independent bars and restaurants in the little streets around it and lots of great street art too. The only thing worth mentioning is to maybe avoid booking the windowless rooms in summer as they’re very warm! I raised this with reception straight away to see if they could cool the room somehow and they kindly moved me to a room with.a window instead. But overall I thought it was great value for money given the price point and would definitely stay there again. "
