"We though the guest house was surprisingly big and comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The mini kitchen is very basic so don't expect too cook meals but restaurants are close by so no need. Beach is across the street."

"Just needed an overnight stay while in Wilmington. Property was conveniently located for us, but close enough to downtown if you wanted. Clean, cute and eclectic. "

"very sweet little place! Bed was comfortable and Nesspresso machine was a nice added touch. Convenient location. needed to use sound machine to cover up sound from neighbors late night parting but we would stay here again"

"It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to everything. All the employees were super friendly. The outdoor pool was heated and very nice. We were able to park close to our room and access stairs. A microwave in the room would be a bonus. We used the one next to the ice maker to reheat coffee."
