It was walking distance to stores and restaurants too. The owner was very responsive and had put out toys and games for the kids. They had beach towels and totes for us too. The inside is definitely nicer than outside. Could use some deep cleaning, baseboards and ceiling fans and mold along the shower door. Close to restaurants, shops and UNCW. Overall a nice stay. "
