"The condo was clean and comfortable, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The drawback of the location was the noise around 2 am when the bars closed. We were awakened each night by lots of yelling on the street below. Nothing to be done about it but may want to consider when booking."

"My only real downside of this unit is the check in process. There is an underground parking garage with a code, a code to enter the building, then a code to enter the unit, and it is not super convenient getting in and out (steep steps if that matters to you from underground garage to ground level), or if you had to grab something from your car. "This condo was in the perfect location of Surf City. Cleanliness was top notch and the unit had everything you could want to enjoy a great beach escape. Would highly recommend this property!"

"The location of the property couldn’t have been better. We had an issue with a fire alarm battery that we called and reported but it was never addressed while we were there. Also the place was extremely damp and musty smelling, which I know can happen on the beach, but this was worst then anywhere I’ve stayed before. Over all I would stay here again because of how great the location is."
