It was a great place for a family gathering. We took advantage of kayaks, cornhole, and pool table. Everything was clean, grass mowed, and fire pit ready to go. The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. "We came in for a college graduation with multiple small family units. This cabin had so much SPACE! From the outdoor deck to the main living area, we all could gather comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We had an issue we discovered with the sinks being clogged overnight and he came out immediately the next morning to fix them, was communicative during the entire process and so gracious about it all. "This is a great house to rent if you are looking to ride the Spearhead Pocahontas trail or the Pocahontas Hatfield-McCoy trail. The Spearhead trail is right across the road and the Pocahontas HM connector is about a 10-15 min ride away on pavement. The home itself was very clean & roomy and had everything we needed. "Missing a few things like a toaster and half the light bulbs where blown out ther e may be a problem with the electric the lights in bathroom would dim sometimes. Overall it served it purpose. Well. Would definitely go back."

"The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was located right off the interstate which was convenient. I gave the location a 4 out 5 because if you’re looking for a location that has many restaurants/stores you will need to drive about 15-20 minutes. No big deal to do that. We would stay here again."
