"Starting with the communication with the owner who is so awesome and helpful. This home is just what we needed! Boat slip is about 150 yards from the property which made loading and unloading super easy. Location is serene with beautiful deep water but very little boat traffic. House was perfect with huge open living areas and plenty of outside space for family. We used the flat grill, regular grill and the smoker! Kids used the kayaks and the floating island was great.
