"Fun Hotel if you’re looking for a good time. But toilet kept missing up and the phone in the room did not work."

"Clean and spacious"

"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."

"It was the perfect size for our short trip to NYC. So close to Times Square, and the subway station. If you plan to be out and about, I think this was the perfect size room, and location! I would stay here again!"

"A solid choice if you want to live comfortably in Midtown. Room was good, updated, and relatively clean. Don’t expect too much if you choose a room with ”city view”. The staff was helpful, especially the bag personel. Breakfast was pretty average and not something I would pay extra for. Overall a good stay."

"This hotel is great for single travelers. My queen room was small but very clean and cozy. It would have been tight for 2 people, but was fine for 1. The sink is outside the bathroom, which I also think works better for a single vs double occupancy. There was a free breakfast in the morning, which was a nice touch. The staff was all nice and helpful and the property was well-maintained. I would stay there again."

"Very great location! The rooms were just what we needed! Very helpful staff"

"The room was very small. No microwave. Not enough elevators working during breakfast. Had to take the stairs up and down 7 flights. There were many options for breakfast but it was very chaotic and people were all crammed together. No little mart to buy water, etc. The bellmen were outstanding. Also, the proximity to Broadway was very nice."

"The rooms didn’t even have any closet space not even a drawer"

"Friendly staff, great location & clean room❤️"

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
