"Excellent staff and service. Incredible park views"

"This is a beautiful and historic property. As a guest, the moment I arrived, I felt enveloped in elegance and very well taken care of by the staff. The only thing that irked me a little was the bar manager feeling the need to insert his personal partner preferences. I’m not sure why people need to air their personal bedroom decisions in public. It’s very tacky. Other than that one sentence, the rest of our stay was simply amazing. We will definitely return."

"Chic hotel with a cool vibe. Nice rooms with modern decor and showers, a huge gym, and yoga mats/blocks in every room. Well located near Hudson yards mall and the high line. The only downside of the rooms is that the lighting isn’t very bright"

"The staff was amazing! The doorman, reception, concierge and the lounge staff. If I am back in New York this will be my go to place because of how cared for I felt."

"Hôtel très bien situé. Une magnifique vue sur les bulding. Le personnel au top. Le petit déjeuner est très bien il faudrait juste un peu varier au fil des jours"

"The property does feel tired. The staff at the Check in were most helpful, and that was perhaps the best part."

"Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room. Great view. Fabulous time."

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."
